We work alongside executive teams, clinical leaders, educators and frontline staff to understand your organisation's priorities, build on existing strengths and create an implementation plan that reflects your culture while maintaining the integrity of the Poppy's Promise framework.

By embedding the framework across the Trust, SaTH is creating a model that other organisations can learn from as Poppy's Promise continues to grow.

Working alongside clinical leaders, patient experience teams and executive leadership, the Trust is implementing Poppy's Promise across maternity services before extending the framework more widely throughout the organisation.
